Insurance Information

I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill your insurance. You’ll pay me directly, and you will get a monthly receipt called a  superbill to send to your provider if you want to file. Some plans reimburse a portion, some don’t, so you have to check directly with your provider.
