I am a Licensed Clincial Social Worker Supervisor in Buda,TX. I work with adults and kids who’ve been through difficult things that still have a negative impact in their lives using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy), and honest conversation.

 

True healing isn’t about perfection, it’s about connection. Together, we will confront and heal past trauma, while also preparing you to embrace your future.

I also train, consult with, and supervise therapists help them to move beyond the basics, teaching EMDR, SFBT, and trauma-informed approaches. My goal is to help you feel capable, confident, and effective in the therapy chair.

I'm a native Texan but my work has taken me all over the United States and the world. I’ve built programs for, and worked with, people experiencing homelessness, first responders, people in recovery, kids in orphanages, and people who’ve been incarcerated. Those experiences made me better at holding space for anyone who’s been through a lot.
